Super Bowl LV

Writer's picture: Michael YardleyMichael Yardley

If there is one sport in the world that most closely resembles rugby, it's American football. With the super bowl coming in hot, I'm here to tell you my predictions for what's going to happen. I'm heading to the less crowded side of the room to cheer on my boy Tom Brady and his right hand man Rob Gronkowski at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Sure, I may be shorthanded on people who support this decision but I've been a Buccaneers fan long before I knew that Brady might be brought to the herd. Despite the Lions being my favorite team, I hold the Bucs as a close second.

So that's who I'll be cheering for, I think that the dynamic that the Bucs have been building up for the last year has made them a powerhouse in the National Football League. Good 'ol coach Bruce has been leading them in a great season and lets be honest, outside of the barbecue, what does Kansas City really have on Tampa Bay?

My full prediction is that the Bucs will win with a score of 38-31.

This is going to be a great game so rugby fans, don't miss it! We're going to get back into rugby season soon, but for now, sit back, eat some wings and dip, and enjoy the Super Bowl!
